Single-Head Pallet Block Machine

Introduction to single-head pallet block machine:

5. The final pressed wood blocks are free from fumigation and quarantine. They are fire resistant and preventive to insects such as termite.

Technology process of hot press pallet block machine:

Raw materials → crushing → drying → mixing with glue → hot pressing → long pallet blocks → cutting → final blocks

Raw material for single-head pallet block machine:

Sawdust, leftover scraps, waste wood, shavings, waste pallets, building templates and other materials leftover from the production of pallet factories or woodworking products processing plants.

1. Free fumigation and free quarantine.
